      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Develop and present sales objectives for market areas to management for approval
      - Direct activities related to the implementation of business growth objectives
      - Research opportunities and set strategies for future business growth in collaboration with sales and management
      - Negotiate sales and introduce programs to grow Medline's sales and secure new contracts
      - Coach and train Account Reps on effective sales strategies and product knowledge

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience or High school diploma and at least 8 years of sales experience
      - Proven experience presenting to and communicating with diverse audiences
      - Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training staff
      - Ability to analyze and report data to identify trends and drive improvements
      - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - At least 2 years of experience selling to headquarter level personnel
      - At least 2 years of experience managing sales professionals
      - General experience managing people, including hiring and developing talent
      - Experience within the Rehab and/or Fall Prevention space
