      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and retain existing business by providing exceptional customer support and executing sales strategies
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned markets
      - Present new solutions, products, and services to clients to grow the state and local government business
      - Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and support new sales opportunities
      - Develop and execute a one-year and three-year business plan to ensure growth and profitability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sales or customer support, particularly within state and local government sectors
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and field sales personnel
      - Experience in developing and executing business plans
      - Excellent presentation skills for senior-level management and clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the medical supplies industry and government contracting
      - Previous experience working with large customers and Co-ops
      - Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector
      - Strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities and strategies
