What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create marketing materials for listings, including ads, reels, and mailers
- Manage social media content and run Meta ads and Google Business posts
- Draft offers and contracts as needed while coordinating property tours
- Oversee CRM management and lead tracking, especially for Fello leads
- Assist with onboarding new agents and manage team systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Real Estate License
- Proven experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Business
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (FUB) is a plus
- Experience in coordinating client events and marketing campaigns
