What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for all merchants
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns
- Run A/B tests to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Design and build marketing collateral
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote merchants across the entire platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience building marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull data for insights
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and document setup
- Ability to interpret paid marketing data and make targeted recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience working with Google Suite
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL
- Experience in marketing or growth initiatives
- Familiarity with email marketing systems like Iterable and design tools like Figma or Canva
