      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, validate, and set up data strategy for the marketing acquisition team related to budget and performance
      - Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
      - Lead the development and drive evolution of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track marketing performance
      - Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple sources, including CRM and digital platforms
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 5 years in marketing analytics or a related role
      - Proven experience with MS Excel, data visualization tools, and marketing platforms
      - Expertise in digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Strategy, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
      - Experience with strategic planning and understanding digital campaign performance
      - Agency background and familiarity with Google AdWords, Analytics, and Google Data Studio
      - Social Media experience with platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
      - Advanced organizational and project management skills
