Paid Digital analytics and wider marketing analytics for a global team, that oversees different countries and regions
Manage marketing analytics reporting, collaborating on marketing KPIs in multiple decks, presenting those in different forums: taking care of relevant Looker dashboards
Collaborate with Data and other teams on the CLV/SAC, MMM
Conduct incrementality tests for different paid marketing channels
Acquisition funnel analytics for app and web, identifying where the growth opportunities are
You love sharing data, and owning the metrics that drive growth and efficiency.
You are confident with your SQL skills.
You have hands-on experience with Paid Digital analytics: worked with GA4, MMPs, and know different approaches to conversion attribution.
You have solid knowledge and experience with reporting tools (preferably, Looker), as a Dashboard developer
You have worked with MMM, or have a solid understanding of the topic.
You have worked with CLV/SAC development, and are familiar with the metrics, that impact it.
You are familiar with incrementality tests with Paid traffic and have worked with tools like META GeoLift.

About the team
You will be part of the Digital Growth department, Global Marketing Team. One of your main goals will be to be the driving force to ensure optimal business performance across multiple digital acquisition channels, working with the Data team, MarTech pros and multiple other stakeholders in different regions.
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead with an eye for detail, experience with Paid Digital marketing, CLV/SAC measurements, MMM, incrementality tests, and familiarity with conversion funnel analysis. You will drive the efficiency of acquisition, always involved in creating new growth opportunities.
The role requires expertise with Looker reporting, a good understanding of web and app analytics, experience with incrementality testing in digital acquisition channels, great communication skills and curiosity. You will be reporting to Oleksandr Kurdiuk, Head of Digital Growth.
