- Support the marketing team in planning and executing a marketing campaign for Lincoln Center’s Summer for the City gaining valuable experience during Lincoln Center's busiest season.
- Discover how audience development in the arts works by researching and building relationships with community partners.
- Gain experience coordinating design assets and writing marketing copy.
- Assist with signage and flyer coordination across the Lincoln Center campus.
- Support the marketing team in social media advertising (including TikTok and Instagram), and content creation.
- Rising college junior, senior, or equivalent.
- Based in New York City or the Greater New York region.
- Available in-person Monday through Friday, 25-30 hours/week from June to August 2024.
- Passionate about engaging new audiences with the performing arts.
- Curious and eager to learn in the arts marketing field.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Data analysis and reporting experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Monday.com a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Self-starter and dynamic team player with leadership potential.
- Embodies the values of organization, innovation, resilience, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.

Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Summer Internship is a paid, 10-week, in-person arts administration internship for NYC undergraduate students passionate about the performing arts. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders in the field by providing hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of core arts marketing functions, the structure of a performing arts organization, and collaboration within a professional office environment.
