      Marketing & Communications Lead

      The Opportunity


      We’re looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join EDF’s Wholesale Market Services (WMS) commercial team who are responsible for managing wholesale and trading services to third parties including renewable generators, small suppliers, and owners of flexible assets.


      The Marketing and Communications Lead will sit within the Wholesale Market Services (WMS) team and work closely with the Customers Internal Communications team with strong links to the Corporate Digital Communications team.

      What you’ll be doing


      As the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be responsible for the overall marketing and internal communications for WMS. You will own, create, and drive delivery of the marketing and internal comms strategy, with significant freedom to determine direction and approach.


      Working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders, and the wider Customers business, you will utilise a range of channels to support commercial targets and create content that is clear, compelling, and accurate.


      Who you are


      With a strategic mindset, you will be able to develop, implement and sustain a marketing plan and communications framework, whilst ensuring content is aligned with our strategy. You will show first-class stakeholder management skills that establish trust, confidence and respect from peers, colleagues, and senior management. You will be able to deliver quality content engaging employees from across WMS and the wider Customers business.

      We are looking for somebody with experience of writing copy for various audiences and channels, with good understanding and knowledge of how to utilise them effectively and have a willingness to learn new skills in this space.
