What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in content development for collateral, email marketing, social media, and websites
- Proofread, fact-check, and format copy for email and social media platforms
- Organize and manage marketing assets, including photos, templates, and logos
- Collaborate with Program Directors to write and edit articles and content
- Explore and apply emerging AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to follow established processes
- Strong proofreading skills and a reliable, deadline-driven attitude
- Professional communication and demeanor
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience with social media platforms and email/print production tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for editing
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and cloud-based document management
- Understanding of video editing software and basic HTML knowledge
