Description
Our firm is growing and we are looking for an experienced virtual marketing assistant to help us leverage our marketing presence, increase lead funnels, and continue building our brand. The successful candidate will have marketing experience, digital and social media marketing skills & a love for branding and developing new lead sources!
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting referral-based marketing efforts. You'll work remotely but stay connected to our team through regular check-ins and project collaboration. If this sounds like you, start your application today!
Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns; assist with SEO/SEM
• Support referral outreach to treatment centers, hospitals, and other professionals
• Coordinate marketing photos and video content
• Track analytics and optimize digital campaign performance
• Provide metrics to the leadership team on lead funnels, ad performance and lead volume
• Maintain brand consistency and assist with email marketing or website updates
Qualifications
• 2+ years in digital marketing or social media management
• Google Ads experience (required)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic skills in video creation and editing
• Experience working independently with remote teams
• Understanding of referral-based marketing is a plus
• Proficiency with content tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Computer proficiency (intermediate), especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential
• Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite
• Work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects and produce consistent, high-quality workAbout the company
