  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist the Client Brand social media team with the maintenance and updating of social media channel evaluation documentation
  - Update materials to support evaluations, including online/email surveys, checklists, and reports
  - Aid in updating PowerPoint presentations, internal research, and Excel files
  - Collect and organize data, perform research, and write reports
  - Analyze social media analytics and derive insights from data
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media roles
  - 1 year of experience using enterprise social media tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout
  - Professional experience in collecting and organizing data, performing research, and writing reports
  - Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  - Familiarity with additional social media analytics tools
  - Basic graphic design skills for creating marketing materials
  - Understanding of current trends in social media and digital marketing
