What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, ensuring error-free deployment
- Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes for all campaigns
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Support the growth of the email channel by testing new tools and capabilities
- Maintain high standards of client communication and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce production experience focused on email and mobile digital marketing
- Strong technical expertise with email deployment platforms and knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email deployment tools such as Epsilon, Braze, or Salesforce
