  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Independently create and deploy medium-complexity email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  - Develop and execute low-complexity deployment strategies to support campaign objectives
  - Set up and manage email journeys and triggered email campaigns within SFMC
  - Monitor and analyze email performance for low to medium complexity accounts
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing with broader marketing strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency environment
  - Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  - Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with AMPscript or SQL within SFMC
  - Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
  - Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and personalization strategies
