      The Business Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating our marketing automation practice. This individual is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling global marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive awareness and adoption of Meta's products and services.

      Responsibilities

      1. Launch marketing journey campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey builds, individual channel setup, personalization setup, testing setup, QA, and measurement.
      2. Consult with marketing teams on automation and channel best practices to deliver a successful marketing automation campaign.
      3. Drive demonstrative results by delivering channel strategies that leverage cross-channel marketing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation.
      4. Provide campaign-level reporting and troubleshooting on channels and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
      5. Identify and execute upon opportunities to expand our channel footprint and automation features leveraging internal and third party technology with a focus on driving cross-channel effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
      6. Partner with cross functional teams to optimize marketing technology infrastructure, including marketing automation tools (email marketing, lead generation, CRM integrations).
      7. Develop learning agendas for continuous measurement and optimization of our channel effectiveness.

      Minimum Qualifications

      1. 5+ years of experience developing marketing automation strategy and executing campaigns through a marketing automation platform.
      2. Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field.
      3. Hands on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage multiple marketing channels to drive demonstrative results in a business to business or performance marketing capacity.
      4. Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, web, ads, in-app, messaging, etc.).
      5. Experience working with marketers to plan and deliver channel strategy for marketing campaigns.
      6. Experience in quantitative analytical skills.

      Preferred Qualifications

      1. SQL or AMPscript experience.
      2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
      3. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

      Compensation

      $96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

      Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
