      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the execution of promotional marketing campaigns, including email design and A/B testing
      - Create and optimize landing pages and forms using HubSpot
      - Collaborate with the social media team to draft and schedule posts
      - Maintain and update brand email calendars and track ad performance
      - Gather and report key performance data for marketing initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a digital support role
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Excel, and Canva
      - A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with WordPress is beneficial
      - Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content drafting
      - A strong creative eye with the ability to align with diverse stakeholder expectations
