      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement integrated strategic marketing plans to support growth objectives such as lead generation and brand awareness
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators
      - Produce and execute marketing campaign tactics including digital content, collateral, social media engagement, and email marketing
      - Write and develop content that effectively communicates the organization's value to various stakeholders
      - Analyze data to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, social science, health, or related field with 1 year of relevant experience
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in translating complex information into accessible content
      - Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated writing experience in copywriting or content marketing
      - Resourceful with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas
      - Good eye for design with strong project management skills
      - Experience working in or with public sector, non-profit, or service-based organizations
      - Willingness to learn new marketing technology platforms
