What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders, providing ongoing service support
- Provide external communication support for assigned line of business
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize the agent and customer communication experience
- Contribute to marketing communication strategies through design, development, and delivery initiatives
- Attend onsite employer-client events and assist with meeting presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Minimum associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or other Desktop Publishing software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within established deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as co-pilot or ChatGPT
