      Overview
      As a Marketing Consumer Analyst at Stellar Virtual, you will play a vital role in uncovering insights about

      our prospective families and enrolled students. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data to help guide

      marketing strategies, campaign messaging, and audience targeting. Your work will influence how we

      communicate with parents, improve enrollment performance, and ensure we meet the evolving needs of

      students across the country. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, helping Stellar Virtual

      make informed, student-centered decisions in a dynamic education landscape.

      Essential Duties

      Marketing Analytics and Insight Creation

      • Serve as "researcher-in-chief" of marketing efforts, creating strategic insights from data and research to improve departmental performance.
      • Analyze consumer behavior data, market trends, and lead performance to inform paid media, content, and enrollment strategies.
      • Develop audience personas and segmentations using demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
      • Collaborate with the marketing and enrollment teams to interpret campaign performance, conversion trends, and attribution insights.
      • Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and other primary research initiatives to gather parent and student insights.
      • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve lead nurturing, campaign targeting, and overall user experience.
      • Monitor competitive positioning and benchmark performance across the virtual education landscape.
      • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
      • Support testing and experimentation by evaluating outcomes of A/B tests and marketing pilots.
      • Translate research findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for marketing leadership.
      • Contribute to Marketing Technology projects, including CRM development and optimization.
      • Other tasks and projects as needed to support Marketing objectives.

      Operations Analytics

      • Develop operational insights as directed, working with academic and operational teams to assess performance, customer service and satisfaction, and process improvement.
      • Collaborate effectively outside Marketing departments, providing critical support and analysis for company-wide efforts.


      Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

      • 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis, consumer research, or a similar data-driven role preferred.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets and present clear, actionable insights.
      • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and appropriate presentation and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
      • Experience with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and research methodologies.
      • Familiarity with fundamental marketing concepts, consumer analytics, and the ability to research and apply new concepts independently.
      • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
      • Effective communicator with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
      • Curiosity about education and family decision-making behavior in the K-12 space.
      • Experience with AI tools is a plus.

      Education & Certification Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
      • Certification or training in marketing analytics, Google Analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus.
