- Plan and execute events at Patriot Place from inception to conclusion, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics management, marketing promotion, attendee engagement, and post-event evaluation to ensure seamless and successful outcomes
- Provide support for Marketing Operations at Patriot Place, encompassing Promotions, Hospitality, On-Site Entertainment, and various other initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience for patrons visiting the venue.
- Nurture and support relationships with tenants at Patriot Place, serving as a primary point of contact to address their needs, offer assistance, facilitate communication, and ensure collaboration
- Develop comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to increase traffic and drive sales
- Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring thorough planning and coordination of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage weekly sales calls, developing a report for General Manager, highlighting business trends, comps and results
- Responsible for idea generation as well as assisting in the planning and execution of Patriot Place promotions
- Edit and collaborate on the creation of Patriot Place communication materials, including but not limited to: weekly email newsletters, advertisement copy, website content and social media copy
- Aid in the creation of engaging social media content, contributing ideas and support to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement with the target audience.
- Support in the posting of social media content across various platforms, ensuring timely and consistent distribution of content
- Work with the marketing team to increase awareness and participation in the Patriot Place Advantage App loyalty program
- Responsible for researching trends in the overall economy and their implications for the retail landscape, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and initiatives at Patriot Place
- Work with the Marketing Manager to increase awareness and sales of Patriot Place Gift Cards
- Assist in supervising intern(s) by offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
- Any other duties as assigned by Patriot Place Management Staff
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
- Photography and Photo editing skills a plus
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
