      As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be key in executing marketing strategies that support lead generation, brand growth, and agent recruitment efforts across B2C audiences. Reporting to and working directly with the Senior Digital Marketing and Events Manager, this position will focus on campaign implementation, content coordination, event logistics, and managing internal marketing requests, allowing the Senior Digital Marketing & Events Manager to focus on strategy, partnership development, and top-of-funnel growth initiatives.

      You will assist with digital and print marketing projects, CRM campaign tasks, social media scheduling, webinar logistics, and creative content development. Strong candidates can manage multiple competing projects and priorities, stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and know when and how to pivot based on business needs. Prioritization and follow-through will be key to your success in this role.

      Key Responsibilities

      Marketing Operations & Admin Support

      • Help create monthly newsletters for MSHP and FG, ensuring proper formatting, timing, and alignment with company goals
      • Edit and resize existing marketing materials using Canva or Adobe templates
      • Support partner and carrier marketing efforts by collecting co-branded assets and coordinating compliance approvals
      • Maintains a marketing task tracker
      • Helps prioritize and organize marketing & sales support deliverables

      Digital Marketing & CRM Execution

      • Support outbound cold and warm email campaigns for recruitment and lead generation via platforms like Success.ai, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AgencyBloc
      • Assist with email segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting inside Salesforce or similar platforms
      • Collaborate on monthly newsletters for MSHP and FG by gathering content, formatting emails, managing distribution lists, and ensuring consistent delivery schedules
      • Monitor CPA/CPL campaigns and help with compiling insights and optimization reports

      Social Media & Content Coordination

      • Help maintain a content calendar and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
      • Create basic branded visuals (social graphics, email headers, print flyers) using templates
      • Draft short-form copy for emails, social media, and digital ads
      • Assist in organizing video shoots and building out basic storyboards for content repurposing

      Event & Webinar Logistics

      • Coordinate marketing efforts for in-person and virtual events, including webinars, agent mixers, and community activations.
      • Assist with Eventbrite pages; attendee lists, registration reminders, and post-event follow-up
      • Track event engagement and assist in reporting performance outcomes

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
      • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing support role (insurance, healthcare, or B2B/B2C hybrid preferred)
      • Proven strong prioritization and project management skills, with a clear ability to shift gears and remain focused on outcomes
      • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, WordPress, Canva, Eventbrite, Zoom, and Google Analytics.

      Preferred Skills

      • Understanding of Medicare or regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
      • Familiarity with cold email platforms
