      As the Marketing Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. You will lead a team of talented creatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This position reports to the VP, Health Plan Marketing and is a remote position.

      Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the creative team, ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with the company's brand identity and business goals.
      • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that leverage market trends and consumer insights to achieve maximum impact.
      • Brand Identity: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
      • Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative marketing campaigns that include digital, print, video, and other mediums.
      • Compliance: Continuously embeds Medicare Advantage marketing compliance requirements into the conception and execution of Medicare Advantage marketing materials, and works with MGBHP Legal and Compliance team to ensure ongoing compliance
      • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and video producers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
      • Campaign Execution: Oversee the production of creative assets, from ideation to execution, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
      • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with Digital/CX and Strategy teams to ensure alignment with corporate and market developments and to conduct periodic competitive audits
      • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment of creative strategies with overall company objectives.
      • Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments and improvements to enhance performance.
      • Creative Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, incorporating them into our marketing strategies.
      • Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
      • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated as a guiding principle.
      • Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
      • 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years’ experience in a senior creative role, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency or in-house marketing team.
      • Subject matter expertise related to Medicare Advantage marketing compliance requirements
      • Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative work.
      • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
      • Proficiency with creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and multimedia platforms.
      • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into compelling visual and written content.
      • Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and optimize creative campaigns accordingly.
      • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
