What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking and integration of marketing data from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within marketing data
- Assist in the evaluation and refinement of marketing attribution models to understand the impact of different marketing channels
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize performance across marketing channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on marketing performance
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong experience with at least one major web analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce business, especially in the healthcare or subscription space
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo) or CRM systems
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
