  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Analyze large datasets to identify trends that inform business decisions and guide budget allocation
  - Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards to assess marketing campaign performance and customer behavior
  - Lead analysis and optimization across traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize ROI
  - Present insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders across product and marketing teams
  - Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and verification processes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics
  - Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  - Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  - Previous banking experience
  - Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others
  - Experience with strategic planning and decision-making processes
  - Adaptability to change and ability to juggle multiple priorities
