What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the collection, cleansing, transformation, and maintenance of marketing data across multiple platforms
- Translate raw data into clear insights that guide campaign strategy and content performance
- Build dashboards and reports that deliver real-time visibility into KPIs and effectiveness
- Support the configuration and optimization of marketing tools and champion data best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to communicate insights with clarity and relevance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or digital performance analysis
- Strong fluency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with experience working with large datasets
- Expertise in analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience with CRM/MAP tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in global organizations or multi-region data environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven content and automation tools
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, technology, or enterprise services
