- Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate in creating targeted campaigns for a variety of current and potential employee populations, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with UFHR and university-wide stakeholders to implement automation solutions and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of marketing communications.
- Establish and maintain campaign populations via manual and automated processes.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using various analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date audience segmentation for tailored messaging.
- Utilize standard templates for routine messages and updates, ensuring timely delivery.
- Compile comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with UF stakeholders to extract and analyze employee data for recruitment and retention purposes as well as to ensure project outcomes.
- Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and outreach strategies and decision-making.
- Partner with UFIT (UF Information Technology) to refine data segmentation for improved insights.
- Integration of campaign elements into existing digital platforms including tracking links, customized forms, and other marketing data related elements.

Expected Salary: $60,000-$70,000
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technologies, or related field. Previous experience with marketing, data analysis and campaign management. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in marketing, information technologies, or relevant field.
Proven expertise with Salesforce, Monday, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
