      • Attribution & Value: align organization on attribution methodology and improve coverage of valuations
      • Omnichannel orchestration: unify decisioning strategy across channels for cohesive customer experience
      • Demistify for partners: explain the discrete levers of decisioning optimization, lead through measurement, and author the strategy together with LOB and Functional partners

Performance Optimization & Experimentation: Partner with Line of Business(s) to test new decisioning strategies that incrementally lift overall performance.

      • Opportunity identification: fact-based assessment of conversation performance, drilling down to actionable recommendations on audience, placement, and creative changes
      • Aligning on plan forward: operate an LOB forum to review conversation performance and agree on plan to improve on dimensions within the marketer’s and channel strategy’s control
      • Test & Learn roadmap: continual A/B testing of new decisioning strategies to grow audience-level production

Marketing Data Roadmap: Build the target state marketing data ecosystem to fuel next best message decisioning and optimize along the full conversion funnel.

      • Decisioning inputs: curate first and third-party data to enhance decisioning predictors
      • Funnel performance measurement: enable insight into each step of the conversion funnel
