      Digital Marketing Specialist - Punch Bowl Social

      Punch Bowl Social is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to coordinate and execute our digital marketing and collaborate with agencies. This role emphasizes long-term planning, with a focus on executing a six-month strategy that aligns with business goals and drives results.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive six-month digital marketing strategy across all channels (social media, email, website, etc.).

      Digital Channel Calendar Management: Manage the digital channel calendar, ensuring on-time and aligned campaign execution. Oversee content calendars from agencies.

      Budget Management: Partner with VP of Marketing to optimize the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI, ensuring efficient spending across all digital platforms.

      Agency Collaboration: Work closely with advertising and social media agencies to provide assets for campaigns that meet brand standards and goals.

      Influencer Marketing: Coordinate influencer partnerships with agencies and venue teams, ensuring they align with brand values and resonate with the audience.

      Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with graphic designer to request content for each digital platform.

      Email & SMS Marketing: Set up and execute campaigns in Klaviyo.

      Website Updates: Manage all website updates through Sanity.

      Content Creation & Copywriting: Perform content creation and copywriting as needed to support the execution of digital marketing efforts.

      Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on digital performance, leveraging insights to improve strategies.

      Trend Awareness: Stay current with digital marketing trends to ensure Punch Bowl Social remains innovative and competitive.

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

      2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including content creation, channel execution and project management.

      Proven track record of planning for digital channel strategy and generating measurable results.

      Experience with Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, Canva, Dropbox, Later, Asana, Sanity, Shopify or other comparable tools is required.

      Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute strategies with at least a six-month lead time.

      Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage the moving parts of a digital marketing plan, including budget management, communication with stakeholders, and performance tracking.

      A passion for content creation and collaboration, especially within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
