      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking functions
      - Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals
      - Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including venue selection and vendor management
      - Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and event organizers
      - Track, measure, and report on event and sponsorship ROI using analytics tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
      - Excellent project management and organizational abilities
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
