What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Biologics Testing Solutions marketing functions in collaboration with corporate marketing, commercial leaders, and business leaders
- Develop strategic, multi-channel, integrated marketing plans for areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies, portfolio development plans, and marketing plans
- Conduct market research and develop lead generation projects
- Measure performance and effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven optimizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in marketing or related discipline
- 5-7 years of related experience in marketing, product management, communications, or business management within a technical environment
- Strong understanding of the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital, or laboratory industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contract research organization (CRO) or similar industry
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP regulations
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory testing and manufacturing activities
