      About the role



      A newly created opportunity for a Marketing Manager – Growth & Retention has arisen within our dynamic Brand Design & Digital team.

      What you’ll be doing


      Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop a data driven lifecycle marketing approach to effectively engage Coles and flybuys customers from retention to reactivation and to agreed targets.


      You’ll also

      • Lead the development of the online customer lifecycle marketing strategy
      • Drive efficiencies with marketing automation through set up of triggered emails within the lifecycle program
      • Track channel performance, analytics and reporting to measure effectiveness and share actionable insight
      • Champion continuous improvement of communication programs and develop and optimise workflows
      • Act as a SME across wider marketing department in the areas of retention, growth & loyalty.



      Good things you’ll need


      Tertiary qualified in Advertising, Marketing or Business you’re a CRM or Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years’ experience. You’ll have proven data driven marketing experience, an ability to target customers, evaluate performance and identify opportunities for development. You’ll demonstrate strong MarTech literacy, with experience integrating, embedding, and scaling MarTech platform usage.



      You’ll also need


      • Campaign planning & delivery experience
      • 1:1 marketing expertise across digital & traditional channels
      • Experience using enterprise email platforms and campaign management tools
      • Digital and customer analytics, customer segmentation & targeting experience
      • Exceptional influencing, stakeholder management, project management & attention to detail.
