      FLSA Status : Salaried

      Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm EST – Business Hours

      Salary Range: $110,000 to $160,000 annually plus b onus

      Job Summary

      As the Marketing Manager, you will take part in a complete marketing experience, leading every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, IT, Academic Affairs and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

      In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the positioning for iPEC’s coach training program and graduate programs. You’ll drive the user insights work and competitive analysis to inform our product experiences and narrative, ensuring our positioning is clear and differentiated. You’ll act as the source of the truth that brings together the narrative across the training and product experiences. Ultimately, this will help us continue to grow the size and revenue of our coach training programs.

      We expect you to develop a deep understanding of our prospects, students and grads as well as a deep understanding of the magic of iPEC and its coach training programs , along with the coaching industry. You align the internal teams to bring the two together so that iPEC can continue to help people awaken their potential.

      Duties/Responsibilities:

      Lead work to develop positioning and messaging of iPEC’s coach training programs with scalable processes and materials including playbooks, messaging guidance, and Go-To-Market briefs.

      Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT and Academic Affairs to drive alignment on product strategy and messaging, as well as with overall business objectives and sales targets.

      Develop user and market insights to inform our messaging and build narratives. Operationalize a way to test messaging, new features and use cases on an ongoing basis.

      Measure the success of your work and the teams’ work, share learnings and make fast improvements to drive operational efficiency.

      Serve as a facilitative leader, guiding, growing and supporting team members to achieve their business goals by encouraging collaboration, active participation, and shared responsibility.

      Education & Experience:

      Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.

      5 to 10 years of experience in product or GTM marketing, including strategy or project management.

      Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.

      Experience working with product marketing to develop GTM strategies and align on hero features and how to position those features.

      Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

      Experience with coach training and certification or demonstrated interest in coach training and certification strongly preferred



      Required Skills/Abilities:

      Ability to draw user insights through deep user research to inform product positioning.

      Ability to understand strategy and strategic direction of leadership, and work independently and collaboratively with a team

      Excellent written work, including the ability to articulate products and features in language that is engaging and easy to understand.

      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

      Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
