      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and coordinate financial performance analysis and complex ad-hoc reports for budget, forecast, and strategic plans
      - Review and present operational performance reporting for monthly business unit key management meetings
      - Work closely with the Corporate Budget Office and Business Unit leaders during the annual budget process
      - Maintain compliance levels of physical/software assets and licensing using an inventory management system
      - Coordinate and communicate effectively with business leaders to assist with oversight of business unit operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
      - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting processes
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve diverse issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
      - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
      - Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
      - Experience in financial analysis and reporting
      - Proven ability to develop and present strategic financial forecasts
