      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to schedule, build, launch, and report on consumer-facing campaigns in Braze
      - Guide end users throughout their Omada journey through effective messaging via email, push notifications, and SMS
      - Conduct advanced data analysis to drive campaign success and improve user experience
      - Work with the Marketing Operations Associate Manager to plan and execute high-impact campaigns
      - Own strategic initiatives to evolve marketing efforts and scale operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of marketing automation experience in Braze
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in building and executing complex test designs
      - Proficiency in database management and working with distinct contact lists/segments
      - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with marketing and project management tools such as Asana and data analysis in spreadsheets
      - Familiarity with data manipulation techniques
