What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own marketing AI use cases, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across systems
- Implement AI solutions that optimize lead management and accelerate marketing performance
- Design and test AI prompts and workflows for marketing initiatives
- Track and report on performance metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI tool review, selection, implementation, and adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or demand generation
- Strong technical experience with MarTech tools, especially Qualified, 6sense, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Hands-on experience working with or implementing AI tools within marketing or sales workflows
- Demonstrated ability to test, tune, and operationalize AI models or prompts
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agentforce, OpenAI, or other LLM-based marketing solutions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot
- Background in lead management, nurture design, or marketing analytics
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations in AI applications
