Job Description

- Create full end-to-end timelines for promotions and seasonal campaign projects, track major milestones, and communicate and escalate timing risks to appropriate leadership.
- Strategically plan campaigns and projects with the company goals and customer experience top of mind.
- Independently manage the Kendra Scott global promo cross-functional planning and promo execution.
- Forecast all deliverables, team needs, and CF comms for all campaigns and projects.
- Partner closely with cross–functional teams to facilitate and maintain effective communication throughout a project's lifecycle. (Timelines, routing, job prioritization, problem-solving).
- Manage and initiate creative briefs with marketing leadership that will give guidance to planning seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate to problem-solve any risk that arises in the planning or execution of a campaign and/or projects.
- Manage minor ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Organize, plan agendas, run cross-functional meetings, create decks to facilitate alignment and reviews
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex 360 programs across all company channels
- Ability to see the big picture to anticipate various needs and make recommendations accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to problem solve through critical thinking
- Executive presence
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Ability to read, understand, and create creative briefs
- A willingness to play a “hands on” role on key projects and initiatives

Position OverviewKendra Scott is an exploding lifestyle brand experiencing significant growth today and beyond. To keep pace with growth, while prioritizing operational excellence, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. This role would report to the Director of Marketing Operations to seamlessly manage large-scale marketing campaign planning and execution. This role will be responsible for managing the timely planning and execution of all our seasonal marketing campaigns and global promotions at Kendra Scott. Kicking off campaign ideation, ensuring key campaign milestones are met, communicating plans and strategy cross-functionally, and ensuring the campaign is executed to brand standard. Additionally, this role will need to communicate when the risk to a project arises and support problem-solving to get the project back on track. This position will regularly collaborate with marketing sub-departments and cross-functional teams, often acting as the liaison between various groups.
