What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys to enhance customer engagement
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing and transactional communications across various channels
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to measure the success of campaigns
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise
- Ideate and implement efficiencies and automated solutions in marketing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience managing CRM automation in a high-volume B2C tech or e-commerce environment
- Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to write and edit code
- Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM and ESP platforms such as Braze or Iterable
- Demonstrated drive and proactivity, with a focus on execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SQL, Liquid, Handlebars, and JSON
- Experience managing multiple products or brands in a cross-functional capacity
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience with Branch and Segment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, able to translate technical constraints into business terms
