What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Clean up and organize all Marketing Graphly dashboards to enhance tracking and analytics
- Set up and audit email automations, ensuring accurate tracking and functionality for new funnels and campaigns
- Manage ongoing marketing project tracking and task flow within Asana
- Maintain the video production asset library and oversee the organization of all marketing assets
- Create and maintain the marketing SOP library in collaboration with departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, RevOps, or a similar operations-focused marketing role
- Proficiency in Graphly, Keap, GA4, Wicked Reports, Asana, Meta, YouTube, Google Sheets, and Slack
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, timely, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
