What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute Eloqua campaigns by building, QAing, and deploying multi-step email and nurture campaigns, landing pages, and forms
- Manage lead flow and data by ensuring proper routing of inbound leads from Eloqua to Salesforce and troubleshooting any sync issues
- Build and maintain contact lists and dynamic segments for various campaigns and programs
- Conduct QA and governance of campaigns by reviewing assets for deliverability, formatting, personalization accuracy, and compliance
- Analyze campaign performance data and support the creation of dashboards and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred; HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot acceptable)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Understanding of marketing data structures (UTMs, lead sources, campaign attribution)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent QA and troubleshooting skills
