What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute email campaigns using Marketo as the automation platform
- Project manage email campaign execution, including schedule, deliverables, content, data, and reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Educate partners on marketing automation best practices and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience managing marketing-based email campaigns or digital marketing/marketing automation experience
- 2+ years of progressively complex experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Strong technical skills and proven ability to learn new technology applications quickly
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
- Marketo experience
