What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns and materials across various platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and analytics tracking
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Development and Marketing to execute marketing projects on schedule and within budget
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while communicating progress and identifying roadblocks
- Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and relevant regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or project management
- Proven experience managing social media for a business or organization
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to regional program sites

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce, Canva, or other marketing tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
