What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with content creation, including writing scripts, social media posts, and blog posts
- Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee project scope, objectives, and timelines
- Distribute projects to contractors and vendors, tracking expenses and ensuring smooth workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various marketing campaigns
- Create detailed project reports and analyze results for areas of improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications with a minimum of three years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, and other marketing tools
- Knowledge of traditional, digital, content, and social media marketing
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading marketing projects in collaboration with senior management
- Ability to research competitor strategies and consumer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace software
