      Position Purpose

      The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting our organic social media efforts. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Group Lead and manage project timelines, coordinate assets, and streamline communication between copy, creative, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate content execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and understands digital marketing workflows.

      Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

      Campaign Coordination & Workflow Management

      • Traffic and manage social media content projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
      • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (copy, creative, video editors, analytics) in the development of social media campaigns.
      • Maintain project schedules and track content milestones, escalating issues as needed.
      • Utilize Asana to assign tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines effectively across teams.
      • Ensuring stakeholders remain accountable for meeting project milestones on schedule, while identifying and managing key interdependencies within project workflows.

      Asset & Content Management

      • Organize and distribute creative assets, copy, and specifications for digital campaigns (social, search, video, etc.).
      • Ensure all social media assets meet platform requirements and brand guidelines before launch.
      • Coordinate approvals from key stakeholders and make necessary revisions before deployment.
      • Use Asana to centralize project assets, ensuring easy access and visibility across teams.

      Communication and Collaboration

      • Act as a liaison between copy, creative, editors, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on content goals and deliverables.
      • Provide regular updates on project status, potential bottlenecks, and solutions to keep content on track.
      • Maintain documentation of content timelines, specs, and asset delivery schedules in Asana for transparency and efficiency.

      Process Optimization & Reporting

      • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in content execution.
      • Assist in tracking and reporting content performance, working closely with analytics teams.
      • Ensure proper organization and archiving of content assets for future reference.
      • Leverage Asana's reporting tools to monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for optimization.


      Minimum Education and Experience Requirements (Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

      • 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or social media operations.
      • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
      • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
      • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.


      The pay range for this role is:

      9 - 10 USD per hour (Remote (Medellín, Antioquia, CO))
