What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the coordination and execution of marketing project plans, developing timelines and monitoring progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and deadlines
- Manage the end-to-end process of conference participation and marketing campaigns, including logistics and on-site support
- Ensure marketing materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines
- Update stakeholders on project status and evaluate campaign performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years as a Marketing team member or project manager, preferably in Marketing or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital marketing
- Familiarity with analytic tools
- PMP Certification is a plus
