- Lead moderate to complex proposal development for our environmental service line
- Orchestrate proposal kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, and strategy development
- Craft client-focused strategies with key messaging and differentiators
- Align proposal approaches with client needs and preferences
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure timely, compliant proposal submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position proposals for success
- Guide content creation to address client requirements
- Analyze the competitive landscape
- Coordinate with creative team for visual enhancements
- Coach technical team for presentations
- Leverage past performance data for future strategies
- Monitor and report on regional market trends
- Mentor or manage junior marketing team members and contribute to professional development
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 8 years of proposal writing or similar experience required.
- Experience in the field of environmental consulting preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven expertise in developing winning proposals for complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 8 years of proposal writing or similar experience required.
