What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning
- Manage the company's CRM and pipeline management system for effective tracking of opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and create engaging content to support business development
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and refine content
- Support client engagement activities, including customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, journalism, market research, or business
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated results
- Proficiency in CRM management for effective tracking and optimization of business development activities
- Experience in B2B settings, with a strong preference for B2G/government and energy sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with market intelligence tools such as GovWin, EzGovOpps, and BidPrime
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as NextStage, Hubspot, or Microsoft Dynamics Sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
