What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects, including design, data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Develop and perform analyses using established statistical methods, such as surveys and in-depth interviews
- Create and present analyses that highlight research findings and business implications
- Maintain relationships with research suppliers and coordinate research projects
- Collaborate with internal clients to integrate research and analysis into key project initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant/equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting market research, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
- Knowledge of research techniques and resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or master’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with Horizon BCBSNJ products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in client relationship management
