What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, and email
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns while meeting budget expectations
- Manage and schedule social media posts, monitoring engagement and audience interactions
- Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM databases
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role
- Experience using Pardot for marketing automation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with video editing tools or platforms
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot/Canva/Wix)
- Willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events
