What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media and presentations
- Develop and manage a content calendar to boost brand engagement on social media platforms
- Produce engaging video content and animations to support marketing efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design assets for client presentations and internal events
- Monitor social media performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva video
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS
- Strong project management skills with a go-getter attitude
