What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead advanced marketing programs and campaigns to achieve ministry objectives
- Identify and develop goals, objectives, and KPIs for marketing initiatives aligned with ministry strategy
- Collaborate with team members to deliver content, project plans, and budget allocations
- Report on the progress and performance of marketing programs to leadership regularly
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and improving growth marketing programs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, digital advertising tools, SEO, and content marketing systems
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with relationship-building abilities
