What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute trade shows and marketing-sponsored events, including display strategy, show management, logistics coordination, and post-show analysis
- Research venues, pricing, and book locations for marketing events
- Develop promotional materials, presentations, and invitations for events
- Oversee the Executive Briefing Center in Littleton, MA
- Manage vendor funding prior approvals and claims process through partner online portals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of event and trade show coordination experience
- Previous marketing campaign experience, both digital and traditional
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and marketing automation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of Adobe design tools and social media account management
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms
